Chad Solomonson is the Chief Customer Officer for RDA and a member of the firm’s Executive Team. He leads RDA’s marketing and business development team as well as the company’s alliance program.

As chief customer officer with more than 30 years of business-to-business strategy, marketing, and sales, Chad oversees programs to build brand awareness, enter new markets, drive new business, and strengthen existing client relationships. Chad joined RDA from Oracle (part of Opower acquisition), where he helped leading utilities deliver proactive, digital communications that raise customer satisfaction, manage energy demand, and lower service costs. Previously, he also worked for Microsoft, Lime Energy, and Duke Energy and has been involved in many successful startups as an entrepreneur.

phil-kramerPhil Kramer is Director of Sales for Shockoe and manages their Partnership program. Kramer has over 25 years of experience in strategic business development and planning initiatives for high technology companies such as Nokia, McAfee, and Samsung; where he served in roles of Vice President of Strategic Planning, Vice President of Alliance Development, and numerous other Sales & Marketing Leadership roles. Previously, Kramer was the Managing Partner of a consulting business focusing on business development in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He is a native of Fort Worth and earned a degree from Texas Christian University.
